OK so, cities and counties are rushing to ban marijuana sales in their communities, because they are saying that, dispensaries are operating while making large profits. That comes with not having the proper cannabis education. But, where does that leave the cannabis patient? If the dispensary owners are not willing to get cannabis education to know how to operate because the information is available on you tube for free, then they will get shut down. And, the cannabis patient is out of luck because they have no where to go get the medicine.
There are bans on cultivating, bans on selling, bans on distribution. OK, it’s legal but you can’t get it any where. Does that sound familiar? It sure does, the Marijuana Tax act of 1938 comes to mind. The case then was, you could get the tax permit to grow but you had to have the cannabis, which was illegal without the Tax permit. So, what do you do? Can’t grow without the permit which is illegal, and to get the permit you had to have it grown already, which is illegal.
