OK so, cities and counties are rushing to ban marijuana sales in their communities, because they are saying that, dispensaries are operating while making large profits. That comes with not having the proper cannabis education. But, where does that leave the cannabis patient? If the dispensary owners are not willing to get cannabis education to know how to operate because the information is available on you tube for free, then they will get shut down.
