Monterey County marijuana cultivation ordinance

Salinas >> Citing anticipated additional demands on law enforcement and other county staffing, the Board of Supervisors on Tuesday decided to delay any consideration of allowing outdoor medical cannabis cultivation in the unincorporated parts of Monterey County.
