Cannabis is not legal under the federal law, but because it has properties to aid in treating medical conditions, it has been made legal in many states. Medicinal cannabis can be used by patients who are suffering from debilitating medical conditions. However, it is important that these patients have valid patient ID cards to be able to purchase and make use of cannabis legally.

It is believed that medicinal cannabis can help in the treatment of many conditions including cancer and glaucoma. Although the legalization of cannabis has brought relief to patients suffering from these deadly conditions, there are laws in place which has been designed to prevent illegal sales of the drug.

Cannabis can only be sold to patients with ID cards. Anyone who is found selling it for a profit only will find themselves in legal trouble. When it comes to buying cannabis, dispensaries and delivery services must only contact licensed cultivation centers. It is illegal to purchase cannabis on the street or from an unauthorized seller. Those who run dispensaries and cannabis businesses must follow the rules and regulation that has been set out by the state and local departments.Cannabis
