420 College Courseware, 2 Day Event materials and online video education series are based upon California’s Compassionate Use Act – Proposition 215, State of California Attorney General Guidelines, California Health and Safety code 11362.5 and 11362.75 and Senate Bill (SB)420ONLY.

For other states – these guidelines may have been used as templates – BUT – each state and county – even city or municipality can modify as they see fit – so this information is provided, for research and study, only.

Information is different than advice. 420 College, it’s staff, featured speakers and representatives, do not provide legal, accounting or business advice during public events, online in forums or in information provided in online materials or activities.

Do some research before taking our courses, familiarize yourself with the Marijuana Industry and understand all the risks involved with running this type of a business. Don’t take the courses only to find out that this business is not for you and ask for a refund. IT’S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!

Refunds, returns, cancellations:

2 Day Event Cancellations:

Requires a credit or debit card to hold the student’s seat. Cancellation is required within 7 DAYS of the event for a full refund. No Shows will be charged 50% of the class fee.

2 Day Event and ONLINE Video Course fees are NON-Refundable.


Technical Support:

Technical support is available by email or phone. Our offices are open – PST (-8 hr GMT) from 10am to 4:20pm – Monday to Friday, and some Saturdays. Email WEBTENDER [at] 420 college.org for technical support, at other times.


ONLINE Videos – Minimum system requirements:

To view the online video course ware, you should have the most current operating system, speakers (especially when viewing with a laptop or PDA/Smartphone device) and the most current version of Windows Media Player and Adobe Reader so that you can also download and print the forms and materials, supplied in Adobe PDF format. A high speed internet connection, FireFox or Chrome browser (IE and Safari are not recommended) and a basic understanding of these tools.
